Before you request a Disclosure Packet: Make sure your property is in good shape and violation-free. Refer to the Restrictive Covenants for specifics. Check your records and make sure that your annual dues are paid to-date. If you are not sure of how much you owe, please the property manager.
All exterior changes to Lots must be approved in writing by the Architectural Review Committee. Examples of items that need approval are (but not limited to): new siding, new exterior painting, including shutters, doors, and trim, new roofs, fences, decks, porches, sheds, major landscaping changes, etc.
If you are unsure of whether or not you need approval, please contact us. It's always safer to check and be sure! More details regarding Architectural Reviews can be found in Crestbrook's Restrictive Covenants. When submitting any construction requests, a detailed drawing (plat) of the Lot must be provided. If applicable, please include color samples (e.g. for siding, new paint, etc).
The Covenants allow the Board 60 days to respond but we make every effort to respond in a timely fashion, typically within 2-3 weeks. If your request is approved by the Board, you will receive a copy of your form with notice of approval. If your request is rejected, you will also be notified in writing. Otherwise, we will contact you with any issues or questions.
Please complete the Architectural Review Form as required; don't forget to include a detailed site plan for all additions and modifications which includes drawings and measurements.
