Restrictive Covenants

Crestbrook Homes Association's Restrictive Covenants were created in 1977 for the purpose of clearly outlining the "rules and regulations" that all homeowners in the Association must adhere to. At purchase time, homeowners automatically become members of the Association. The Association is empowered by the State of Virginia to enforce its Restrictive Covenants as it sees fit; any homeowner in violation of the Restrictive Covenants will receive written notice of such from the Association.

At purchase time, the Restrictive Covenants are provided as part of the Disclosure Packet. All sellers (whether owner-sellers or realtors) are required to provide a copy of the Association's Disclosure Packet to the new homeowners.

You can download a copy of the Restrictive Covenants here (requires Adobe's Acrobat Reader). Take a look around your house and make sure that you're not in violation of any of these rules!
