Crestbrook is located on land that once housed three agricultural farms. In 1977, four builders purchased this farm land and developed three separate communities. As the years went by, these neighborhoods joined to form the community of Crestbrook. Today, this community of over 400 single-family homes encompasses both the East and West sides of Dranesville Road in Herndon, VA between Butter Churn Drive and Shallow Ford Road.
